FY08 3rd LBC Meeting

3rd FY08 LBC Meeting The 3rd meeting of 08 for the Virginia Association of USA Boxing will be held the 25th of October at the Hillside Community Center, 1500 Hardwood St., Richmond, VA 23224 Meeting will be held from 11 AM - 1PM Meeting is open to the public with limited seating. Priority seating is for the Board of Governors and Directors. All clubs are encouraged to bring athlete representatives. Jerry Royster, our host, urges everyone to bring a plate of food for the after meeting Pot-Luck-Lunch. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Athlete weight calss declartion must be entered on entry forms and any athlete more than 2lbs over declared weight class will be disqualified at the scales. JULY JUSTICE Marine Corps Base, Henderson Hall, 1555 S. Southgate Rd. Arllington VA, 22214.  Weigh-in    11:00 to 13:00 (1:00pm) food and refreshments will be on hand for the athletes and coaches. Physicals    14:00 (2:00) Event start time  17:30 (5:30pm) Marching in of the Colors. followed by remarks from the Commanding Officer of the base. Remarks from Mr. Smith. 18:00 (6:00pm) first fight begins.   Coaches, please forward a list of your athletes you want to compete in the event. Names, novice, open, or Junior class, any female athletes you may have along with the amount of fights, age and the club names.
